1. I am of legal age in my country of residence.

2. For a period of 30 days from the date the shipment was received, I may return any NPUSA product to the Company (Seller) for a refund or, at my option, request a replacement, provided:
a. The product is returned in its original container in unopened resalable condition and,
b. I have first contacted NPUSA and received a Return Authorization Number within the 30-day period, and the returned product is received by NPUSA within 30 days of the date the Refund or replacement will be completed within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.

3. We are so certain that you will see the value and benefits from using Naturally Plus products that we are happy to offer a 30-day, risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order of Naturally Plus products, you may return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund. Simply call the company to obtain a Return Authorization Number and pay your own shipping, and Naturally Plus will issue you a product refund excluding a $12 warehousing fee.

4. Any product return and refund is on a one-time basis, after which your Preferred Customer status will be removed or cancelled.

Our warranty is to offer a refund or replacement upon the customer's request. All other warranties and guarantees are expressly disclaimed, including warranties of fitness for purpose. In no event shall NPUSA be liable for consequential damages.
